Processing & Shipping Times
We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible:
- Standard Orders: Ready to ship within 5 business days (excluding preorders).
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped.
If we experience high order volumes, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated via email or phone if there’s a significant delay.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Germany: Delivery in 2–4 business days.
- International: Delivery in 5–7 business days.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking will activate within 24 hours so you can follow your package’s journey.
Customs, Duties, & Taxes
We want to be upfront: any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, these are outside of our control.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
We’re so sorry if your order is damaged or lost during shipping. While we can’t accept liability for these events, we recommend contacting the shipment carrier to file a claim.
