Yes, we ship worldwide, except for a small list of restricted countries. Check our Shipping Policy for details. We offer express shipping with insurance to all countries outside Europe. Shipping costs will be calculated and added at checkout.
Orders are ready to ship within 5 Business Days. Delivery Times depend on where you are. Germany: Delivery in 2–4 business days. International: Delivery in 5–7 business days. Weekends & Holidays: Orders are not processed or shipped. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as we ship your order.

While we love the traditional look of a satin pointe shoe, we aim to offer a very pure, simple, and modern aesthetic with our basic pointe shoe model. When wearing Act'Pointes, you will notice a reduction in friction and blisters thanks to its three-layer knit design. Additionally, the laces are strategically placed beneath the skin to absorb vertical forces and minimize the pressure on your toes.The elastic heel prevents skin irritation and promotes improved blood circulation.

The Act’pointes lace system is designed to grow with you. It can be adjusted and tailored to give you the right level of support at different stages of your dance journey, so you are never locked into one setup. Thinner laces provide a lighter level of support, while thicker laces offer more structure and stability. This means you can choose what feels best for your current strength and technique. As a general guide, we recommend using two laces per foot. However, every dancer is different, and some may find that one lace works better for them. If you would like help finding the best setup for you, we would recommend booking a fitting with your act'pointes . It is the best way to make sure you are getting the right support
They are specifically designed to support you while still allowing you to build the strength needed for pointe work, which makes them a really smart choice for beginnners. One of the standout features is the sole. It is made from a highly durable material, so unlike traditional pointe shoes, it will not break down quickly. In fact, they can last 4 to 6 times longer, sometimes even more.
The skins add another layer of comfort and support by providing targeted compression and relief. This helps distribute weight evenly across your whole foot, rather than putting all the pressure on your toes, resulting in maximum comfortwhile dancing.

If you have a slight difference in foot length, there is no need to worry. The elasticity of the material allows it to stretch where needed, while still remaining snug and supportive in other areas. This ensures a comfortable and secure fit on both feet.

Act’pointes do feel and function differently from traditional pointe shoes, so it is completely normal to go through an adjustment period. This is something dancers experience when switching between any pointe shoe brand.
Typically, it takes around 2 to 6 weeks for dancers to start feeling comfortable in their Act’pointes. During this time, your foot strength will continue to develop as you adapt to the support and mechanics of the shoe.
It is important to give yourself time to adjust, wear them consistently in class, and make small changes to your setup, such as your lace configuration, if needed. As your strength improves and you become more familiar with the shoes, they will begin to feel more natural and responsive.

There is a small €10 deposit for the initial fitting, which is deducted from your purchase.
During the first fitting, we will:
- Introduce and explain Act’pointes.
- Ask questions about your current level.
- Review your current pointe shoes, if you have any.
- Assess the shape and flexibility of your feet.
- Guide you through measuring your feet if needed.
- Answer any questions you may have.
An email with all the details of the call, along with which size was recommended will be sent to you after. A recording of the fitting can also be sent if you gave permission while booking the fitting.
