How does it work?
Your satisfaction comes first. We’ll do everything we can to help you find the right fit for your act’Pointes. Because every foot is different and act’Pointes are highly adjustable, we’re able to achieve a great fit through our fitting process for 94% of dancers. If we’re not able to make it work for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days through our Fit Guarantee.
HOW DO I CLAIM IT?
Follow these steps to request your refund:
- Book your free online fitting as soon as you receive your new pair of act’Pointes.
- Train in your act’Pointes at least 1–2 times per week for 3 weeks.
- If you experience any challenges, don’t hesitate to reach out to your fitter again during this time.
- If you are still experiencing pain or other signs of sizing issues, click “Claim Guarantee” and fill out the form.
- Once your claim is approved, our team will guide you through the return process and arrange your full refund.

Some dancers notice first changes within 3 weeks, while for others it may take up to 3 months. It depends on how often and how consistently you train in them. We recommend starting with simple barre exercises, using the shoes regularly, and tracking your progress with photos over time.

That can actually be a great sign. It often means your muscles are actively working more, which helps build strength over time. In a way, act’Pointes can feel like a fitness studio for your feet. Because the shoes activate your feet differently than traditional pointe shoes, you may notice more muscle engagement at the beginning. Start gradually, stay consistent, and give your body time to adapt. If anything feels sharp, unusual, or painful, please reach out to your fitter so we can support you.
